Who we are

This website is operated by Margin F&B Consulting, a hospitality consultancy arm of Smart star group based in Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question or request, email ksamargin@gmail.com.

What this website does

This website currently provides information about Margin and its services. It does not include enquiry forms, accept file uploads or ask you to create an account. If you contact us, you do so directly by email or phone using the details on our contact page.

Information processed when you visit

Like any website, when you load a page your browser sends technical request information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Our website hosting and technology providers may process and log this information to deliver the site and keep it secure. We have not yet confirmed where these providers are located, so this information may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.

The public website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Sign-in storage in your browser is used only on the private team area.

If you email or call us

If you contact us directly, we use the details and information you choose to share to respond to you and to discuss any possible engagement. Please share only what is needed and avoid sending other people's personal details.

Who can see it

Information you send us directly is handled by the Margin team. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We have not yet set fixed retention periods. We keep correspondence only while we reasonably need it for your enquiry, any resulting engagement and our business records, and we will update this page when a retention schedule is in place.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to be informed about how your information is used, to access it or receive a copy, to correct or complete it, and to have it destroyed when it is no longer needed.
